About This Class

$120 per participant, per 90min session - invoiced weekly. Maximum 4 students • CLASS TIMES Tuesday 1.00-2.30pm 8 Week Term All Spectrum term programs include a 15-minute consultation prior to term commencement to discuss interests, communication styles and anything that may support a positive experience. The consultation also helps determine the most suitable session format and class placement to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment. We will reach out to arrange the consultation after you have enrolled • TERM 2 DATES 2026 Our term kicks off Monday 4 May and wraps up the week of 22 June — 8 weeks of creativity, performance, and fun! • INSIDE THIS CLASS UNMASKING Spectrum sessions provide a creative and supportive environment for children who identify as autistic or neurodivergent, as well as those who benefit from smaller group settings and flexible approaches to participation. Through acting, storytelling, imaginative play, movement and creative drama activities, children explore communication, creativity and authentic expression through dramatic arts. Participation may look different for every child. Some children may enjoy expressive movement, storytelling or role-play, while others may prefer quieter observation, sensory exploration or imaginative play. All forms of participation are welcomed and respected. The environment is flexible and sensory-aware, with activities ranging from energetic movement to quieter storytelling and character exploration. Children are supported to participate at their own pace. Parents, carers and support workers are welcome to attend where helpful to support comfort and engagement.

UNMASKED Studios’ UNMASKING Spectrum classes are designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where neurodivergent students can explore creativity, communication and confidence through dramatic arts. • PAYMENT Spectrum sessions are invoiced weekly to provide flexibility for families. • ATTENDANCE If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, we ask that families notify us as early as possible. Due to the small group size and reserved places, missed sessions may still be invoiced. If after the first session the program does not feel like the right fit for a student, families are welcome to discontinue and no further sessions will be invoiced. • STUDENT SUPPORT Our goal is to create a safe, calm and supportive environment where every student can participate in a way that works for them. Families are encouraged to share any information that may help us support their child’s experience in class. Students may take short breaks or regulate in ways that support their participation, and we aim to provide a flexible environment where students can engage at their own pace. If a student requires a higher level of support than the class setting can safely provide, we will work with families to explore appropriate options, which may include adjusting the program or discussing alternative supports. • BEHAVIOUR If behaviour becomes unsafe or significantly impacts the ability for the class to run safely, we may pause participation and work together with families to determine the best next steps. Our priority is always the safety, wellbeing and positive experience of every student. Parents or carers may be asked to remain nearby or reachable during sessions in case additional support is required.
