We may also collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your content or email preferences, respond to a survey, use tools such as the internet, social media platforms, forms or communicate with us via conversations, emails, treatment sessions and customer support. You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. This information is kept and treated as confidential information and will only be used by UNMASKED Studios.

UNMASKED Studios strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our site, and updates its security measures to keep up with current technologies. All information UNMASKED Studios receives from its customers is protected from unauthorised use or access and kept in hard copy or electronic format by our owned and operated storage facilities. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

• PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGE CONSENT

At Unmasked Studios, we may capture photographs and video recordings of students participating in classes, workshops, performances, and related activities. These images may be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites and printed materials.

  • Consent Options
     

Upon enrolment, all students (or their parent/guardian where applicable) are required to indicate their preferences regarding image use. The available consent options are:
 

  1. Full Consent
    The student grants permission for Unmasked Studios to use photographs and/or video recordings of them, including the use of their first name, for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
     

  2. Consent Without Name
    The student grants permission for Unmasked Studios to use photographs and/or video recordings of them; however, no name or identifying personal information will be published or associated with the images.
     

  3. No Consent
    The student does not grant permission for Unmasked Studios to capture or use photographs and/or video recordings of them for any external or promotional purposes. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the student is not included in media capture.
     

  • Use and Storage of Images
     

All images and recordings are handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and are stored securely. Unmasked Studios will not sell or distribute images to third parties without additional explicit consent, unless required by law.

 

  • Withdrawal of Consent
     

Consent preferences can be updated or withdrawn at any time by notifying Unmasked Studios in writing. While we will make reasonable efforts to remove existing content where possible, this may not apply to materials already published or distributed.
